1.When you come to lose weight, you should choose the suitable foods and exercises. Don’t go for unlikely foods or hard exercises and take off after one week, unfortunately you will fail.
2.Water is the weight loss secret. About 80 % of your body is water, so drinking more and more water means burning more fats, also drinking water will make you feel full and eat less.
3.The golden weight loss rule is "The calories intake should be less than the calories burned". You can calculate the calories intake using this site http://caloriescount.com/FoodCalculator.aspx , you put the food you eat in the search box and the site will calculate how many calories in each food. Now you need to calculate the calories you burn or needed everyday, use this formula:
  Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) = bodyweight (in pounds) x13  Where (1 kilogram = 2.2 bound).
4.Reduce starchy carbohydrates as potato, rice and pasta because carbohydrates are stored as fat.
5.Start your day with fruits, the breakfast is very important.
6.Reduce your sugar intake, sugar is stored as fat.

8.Eat small meals (5 small meals a day).

16. Don’t completely deprive yourself because the body will enter in the starvation mode and starts to store more fat, eating small amounts of what you love is not the dangerous matter.
17.Don’t eat in front of TV or computer. Eating while watching TV, will make you eat too much without filling full.
18.Eat more water-filled vegetable and fruits, like: Watermelon, Cucumber, Zucchini, Radishes, Strawberries, Apricots, etc.
19.  Sleep about 8 hours a day, the hormones responsible for feeling hunger are decreased while sleeping.
